    Strong, slow, happy pilates.
    Bernie puts so much effort into her classes; no two classes are same. Her style is strong and slow, I have seen so much progress in my strength and posture since working with Bernie. I absolutely recommend her studio..she is an absolute treasure. I always leave class feeling stretched and happy.

    Never boring
    Bernie knows exactly how to wake up slow muscles and stretch them to suppleness In our seventies, my wife and I,find ourselves stepping out of class thinking we re in our thirties!! Youre in safe competent hands with a witty astute observant therapist who makes the exercise experience something to look forward too and clearly knows how to make the sessions different each time Definitely not boring

    Pilates
    Bernie is assisting me with strengthening my knees after my bilateral knee replacement and my core . She has already done wonders in a very short time. I highly recommend her. Her personality and expertise is outstanding.
