I visited the reformer pilates studio twice a week with my mum when I was visiting Franschhoek. Erin is a superb instructor, pushing you but not to anything you can’t do, motivational, warm and welcoming. Erin also corrects your form which is key to not hurting yourself. I absolutely recommend Erin’s classes to any locals or even tourists, and I look forward to more classes soon taught by her.
